At Mbeatrice, we stand behind the technical quality of our gear. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your professional equipment to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and uncarried: The blade factory edge and mechanical components must be intact.
  • Undamaged: No signs of field wear, sharpening, or carry marks.
  • Original Packaging: Securely repacked in its original protective box with all inserts and manuals.
  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or order confirmation.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. While our tools are built for rugged use, they are precision instruments. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong model so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or items with personalized engravings.
  • Maintenance Goods: Sharpening stones or oils that have been opened/used.
  • Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
