We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within France and to all European countries.
Processing Time
At Mbeatrice, we understand that your gear is a precision investment. To ensure every tool is inspected and securely packed, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a follow-up notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days across Europe. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Potential delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during peak seasonal periods
- Extreme weather conditions
- Carrier-specific disruptions
- Incorrect shipping address entry at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website to ensure you are ready for its arrival.
Shipping Carriers & Warehousing
To ensure your professional equipment arrives safely and efficiently, all orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our primary facility:

- European Carriers: DHL, DPD, Chronopost, and La Poste.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Mbeatrice is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply in these instances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mbeatrice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation details from the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier and contact your local authorities.
Damaged Packages
If your tactical gear or cutlery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mbeatrice.org with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly through a replacement or refund.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mbeatrice.org. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, we are unable to make changes or stop the shipment.
